Hoping someone can help me figure this out. My headlight switch does not operate the headlights at all. When I turn the truck on they automatically go on and go off when the truck is turned off. The switch also won’t turn my fog lights on. I replaced the multi switch thinking that was the issue but it was not. I also noticed to wire harnesses under the steering wheel that have nothing plugged into it. If someone can shed some light on my issue that would be great. Thanks in advance.

 

Is this a canadian built truck with daytime running lights ?
