Default Having problems with my 03 ram 1500 starting

I have been having problems with my truck for a while. I was on my way to work and it started to loose power. Parked it and then went out to try it and it started but I couldn't get it to start again. I have had the pcm replaced earlier, know that I'm getting spark when I need it, and i am getting fuel to the cylinders. I have heard that there might be a problem with the ipc/fcm. I know that it is getting good power threw the fuse box. So I'm trying to figure out if the ipc needs to be replaced and if there is a test I can do to make sure that it is what I need to replace I'm looking for all possible advice and tests that this shade tree mechanic can do. I just want to get this old beast up and running again cuz I miss driving it.
