Default Loud clunk mostly when turning left, sometimes when backing up.

I have a 2003 Dodge ram 1500 v6 3.7l. Probably once or twice week it will make a loud clunk when turning left or backing up, the steering wheel will also jump a little. Generally when it is done clunking, the steering wheel will look like it is turned to the left/right even though the wheels are pointed straight. It will generally pop again later in the day and readjust. I have already replaced my lower control arms, hub bearings, and shocks, any ideas? Thanks.

If you have steering box, check the bolts at the frame. Also be sure to grease the lower control arms to where stops when turning lock to lock.

had similar issues with my truck. It was tearing up lower tie rod ends and stabilizer link.
