Switch to just plane jane copper plugs. See if your mystery misfire goes away.

Default *update*

Replaced the Spark Plugs with Champion Copper.
Started engine, still shakes.
White smoke comes out of exhaust, smells like burnt oil.

Crazy question. Did you add 7 qts because it was low, or was that an oil change?

Let the truck cool, then take the radiator cap off and start the engine. If you see bubbling in the radiator you almost certainly need a new head gasket, and probably new head.
Or maybe a valve issue. I'd be pulling the valve cover to look at cylinder 4 valves. If the valves aren't operating right, it will misfire and unburnt fuel will result in smoke. Admittedly, I'm not familiar with the 5.7 but same thing happened when my 4.7L threw a rocker.

I added 7 quarts for a oil change.
Valve problems huh? Looks like I got my weekend planned out!

The 4.7 only takes 5.9 quarts, or if you want to call it 6 quarts.

Correct. The 5.7 Hemi takes about 7 qrts. Sometimes a little bit less.

Ah shoot, I thought you a 4.7 for a second after reading the previous posts lmao . You are right, the 5.7 does in fact take 7 quarts.

Well, a fixable valve issue trumps pulling the head any day. Hope it goes well for you. I was $hitting bricks till I found that my runaway valve rocker hadn't damaged anything. I ended up replacing all the lifters, valve springs and stem seals.
