Default new poster and a quick question

So finnally decided to join forums i have owned dodges most of my life usually i can find info on what i need but kinda stumped atm.
so heres my question just bought my first dodge truck needs some tlc etc usual stuff i do to my new vehicles. its a 03 ram 1500 3.7 2wd btw but im under it and im looking at a piece that seems to be missing and cant find info on it looks like something supposed to go there any ideas? it goes from controll arm to controll arm just under oil pan

Welcome to the forum. Moved to the 3rd gen Ram section. That looks like the flywheel cover is missing.

yea ive got the fly wheel cover its the part that goes from the 2 bolt holes on 1 side to the other

Looks to be some sort of cross-member or brace. Whatever it's called, I'd be headed to the junkyard to pick one up. Your front end should be much firmer once you replace that.

Right dodgevity, the missing frame piece is the front crossmember.

thats what i was thinking but evreything i found was saying something else guess il take pic to junk yard an be like i need this lol
