Engine replacement

I have an 06 ram 1500 mega cab. I bought an 06 used 345 hemi but the coil packs are different. Can I change the valve covers to make my coil packs fit?

Yes, but if the coil packs are different than it isn't an 06 engine (unless the valve covers and coils aren't original to the engine). Yes, you can swap your covers and coils.
