2002 Ram- won't start- no fuel - no spark

On the schematics for the truck, it shows "C1, C2, C3" for the PCM. I take this to mean connecotr #, then the pin #'s and wire colors.
On the connectors that actually plug into the PCM, it shows A, B, C. Am I missing something?

What is AA 00 ? Manual shows to be "PCM messages not received" - refer to appropriate diagnostic information.
This is a C-code in case it helps.
