Default Stalling Issue

How many of you have experienced the dreaded stalling issue? It happens more times when we fill her up. This is a 4.6L. Is their a fix for this? It mostly happens when approaching a stop light or stop sign.

Thanks,
Matt G.

Is there a cable from the gas pedal, to the throttle body, or does it go to the pedal position sensor? (which I think, is under the battery??)
