Default 2002 Ram Braking System Oddity's

One of the two brake lines from master cylinder blew a hole (luckily in the driveway) and am in the process of replacing all 6 brake lines (2 from master cylinder, front drivers side, front passenger side, line to rear, and rear axle line).

My Ram has rear wheel abs according to the build sheet but no abs block under the hood. I know the 02 and 03 Rams have the no filler neck oddball radiator, but do they also lack the abs block or where is it?

With Rear Wheel ABS, all you get is a dump valve. Little aluminum block with two solenoids on it. Should be right after (or, a part of...) the proportioning valve.

Where is the dump valve/block located?

I think its right at the base of the firewall, below the master cylinder. Not 100% on that though.
