Default Leveling kit

I see a lot of leveling kits for the 4x4 but I haven’t found one specifically for the 2x4 . I have a 2003 4.7 quad cab 2WD , can anyone recommend one that fits my vehicle please? Thanks

I wouldn't think there would be much of a difference between a leveling kit for a 4x2 or 4x4.

That’s what I was thinking but then why would they say on the listings that it fits the 4x4 models but doesn’t say it fits the 4x4 and 4x2. Automotive listings are pretty exact for the information they put for the fitment, I would think they would put both if that was the case

My other question is, who has installed a leveling kit? did you use the 1.5" or the 2" and what were the results as far as it being leveled with the rear, or did it make the front go higher than the rear? Thanks everyone

Measure from center of wheel to the bottom of fender on the front and rear. The difference is the level spacing you need.

UPDATE: I went with the 2” supreme suspensions level kit. Installed myself with the help of my brother in law. Definitely leveled my truck and I love how it looks compared to how it was with the lowered front end. Any questions let me know!
