I don't know how long it takes for the codes to come back, I haven't reset them yet. can I just clear the codes with my scanner or do I need to actually reset the PCM?

Also, I got looking at my old manifold and down pipes, and it looks like at least on the passenger side the stock location for the O2 sensor is in right about the same spot that my O2 sensor is located now.
I tossed the drivers side piece a few days ago so can't check.

I believe they are different branches of the same company.

Reset them with the scanner. Some scanners clear all learned behavior when you do that anyway....... so, it is essentially the same thing.
