Default 06 Dodge Ram 2500

Hey guys I’m new to this I don’t normally ask for help I can usually figure out my stuff myself but I’m stomped!! Don’t really know what I’m doing but my truck no longer has high beams on either side?!? I tryed replacing headlight bulbs with LEDs and resistors worked great this was my second set had projectors and they were junk so I got some stocks back and did the same again but with the H13 LEDs and some plug and play resistors everything was great until I reinstalled lights made sure both sides worked high and low they did for a total of 5 minutes, I dropped the passenger side light busted the running light/turn signal and blowed a fuse replaced both, turned lights off and back on no high beams and I lost my interior dash lights and cab lights so I undid everything I changed got my dash lights and cab lights back to where they were but still no high beams checked all my fuses even pulled the TIPM an traced the wire that supposed to run the high beams and it is not showing any power at the box kinda lost on where to go from here, Previous owner did the jumper wire from driver to passenger side high beam wasn’t ever a problem so I never messed with it any help would be greatly appreciated if any at all !!!

I don't have wiring diagrams for your truck, but, I will move this to the 3rd Gen Ram section for ya, and hopefully someone there will be more helpful. Welcome to DF!
