Default Please help 2005 dodge ram 1500 running rough with no fault codes on computer

2005 ram 1500 4.7l was running real rough, missfiring, with a small top end tick. Currently wont start now. Replaced all coils and cam sensors and knock sensor. Hooked up to 2 different diagnosis tools and is not showing any misfire codes nor any fault codes at all. Both guys said they think the computer is bad. Anyone know what else it could be. Its my work truck and I need to get it back on the road.

If you're able to, check the lifters as well.
