Default Torque converter?

04 ram 1500 5.7 started making grinding noise few days ago so I jacked up the rear end and put it in neutral and got under it and had a friend spin the tires. I heard noise from directly in the trans oil pan almost like a bad bearing but I can’t find anything online. The noise is only there when the truck is moving. There’s no slipping gears or hard shifting so I’m not sure if what I read online it’s the torque converter or actually because of the differential. I just rebuilt the diff about 3 months and about 5000k ago. I’ve checked fluid frequently so it’s not too low or too high. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If it's loudest in the pan, you may have a bearing IN the trans that is going out. Wouldn't hurt to drop the pan, and see if you find anything interesting in there.

Yea I’m gonna try to do that tomorrow. Also a slight rattle has started as well when I am braking and just at the last 15-20 feet is where I hear it. Just sounds like a cattle bell. Not sure if that’s related or not.
