Default Broken Exhaust Manifold Bolts - 4.7L Extraction & Replacement

Just extracted an exhaust manifold bolt that the head had broken off of years ago(no air leak luckily so wasn't ticking), used a dremel with cutting wheel to grind a slot for a screwdriver bit and sprayed some PB Blaster. Hit it with a small hammer on the top of screwdriver a few times lightly and it came out easily thankfully.

Now looking for a replacement bolt but there are three types available - does anyone have a diagram where the different types go? I have no heat shields on this motors exhaust manifolds as the engine was replaced without them being installed but I'm guessing some of the three types are for the shields maybe?

I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure it's just so you can put those plastic clips on to hold wires. The ones with the threads sticking up.

it will be obvious where they go because those ones where the threads stick out are shorter and go where the manifold exhaust ports aren't sticking out (those take long the long ones with no threads)
