Default Electrical issues or???

My 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 just started having some weird issues. When I walk up to my truck & try to use my key fob, nothing happens. Have to unlock the truck with key. Open the door no cab lights come on. I put the key in & on position. All the interior lights come on. Using the key fob it locks/unlocks the doors. The truck starts no problem. Turn the truck off, remove key, open the door now all interior lights go off. close door, try locking truck with key fob, nothing.

Took both key fobs in & had them checked out, they're fine.

Anyone have this happen to them or have any idea what this may be?

Also check battery voltage, should be at least 12.6. Check battery grounds are clean and tight.

Perform a reset. Pull battery cables, short them together and turn the key to crank position to dissipate any capacitance. Reconnect cables and see if that helps. (you can also disconnect battery overnight)

UPDATE:
Yesterday, I checked all the fuses, none are blown. This morning, everything was back to normal. Used the truck all day no problems. came home, it sat for a couple of hours. Went back outside, now it's back to the weird stuff again.
