Maybe it's moaning because it's tired of going right. Seriously, it does sound like a tire problem. However, I'd raise the front off the ground and check the wheel bearings. It's a bit low mileage for bad bearings but it's something to check. Raise the wheels off the ground and wiggle the tires top and bottom and side to side. Any play and you may need bearings. Usually though, they rumble not moan.

got into it more last night the RIGHT OUTER TIE ROD is bad moved just enough to touch backing plate causing the tone/vibration Its a tight fit there & I didn't see it at 1st w/ tires on . installing a new one now. AS ALWAYS THANKS FOR LOOKING EVERYBODY BUT why its failing at this low mileage is beyond me.

YEP, I found problem today , RF outer tie rod was bad, it would lean out & contact the rear rotor thin metal backing plate & rub it transmitting sound & vibration. the clearance is very tight. . I REALLY miss My 05 1500 crew 4x4 4.7 , should of never traded it . Never had anything except a water pump & EGR valve & a ac mode unit/motor in dash owned from new to 225k miles, other than service, spark plugs, tires & oil not a thing this 2010 I got w/ 46k miles on it on 2017 . NEW REAR./ EATS BRAKES/MANIFOLD STUDS/ NOW STEERING. @86K MILES may trade again.
