Default Misfire on 2 and 6 Stutter at 80/km

2002 Dodge Ram 1500 ..4.7 has 224,000km. Engine light on. scanned , misfire on multiple. Ignition B primary. and large evap .leak.
replaced plugs
coil packs are good
replaced cam and crank sensor
fixed evap leak on canister

still have misfire on 6 and 2 and when vehicle reaches 80km to 100 km there is a stuttering when gas is applied ..let of gas it stops over 100km no stutter
spark advance is all over at an idle but at 1500rpm it holds at 31.5 seems high to me.. any thoughts are greatly appreciated

Swap the coil on 2 and 6 with some other coils anyway. (and not just with each other....) see if the misfires move with the coils.

That's not a good sign...... Pull the valve covers, see if it didn't spit out a rocker arm.

My moneys on rocker arm as well. Horrible design IMO. I've had to replace an entire set of (similar ones) on a friends pentastar.

hey you might have a bad cam and lifters or a broken valve spring or spring's i am also having a p0303 code on #3 cylinder I checked the coils even replaced them seems to be a common problem with the mds system
