Default possibly buying a v6 ram soon, some ??

I am looking at buying a v6 ram soon, would be getting a v8 one but i would rather save the extra dough for my house thats gonna be built anyways, if the one im looking at is a 02 they came with a 7/70 warrenty correct? if so i should be able to still be covered under the warrenty till 70k miles or 2009 ?

yeah, you will still be covered unless you buy the 02 with 55,000 miles, then you are looking at less time. probably expiring on 2006 begining 2007 unless you are like me and drive between 15000 or 20000 miles a year, then you are SOL.

If you can dish out an additional $800 and get a V8, do it. Especially if you are looking into a Quad Cab. I love my truck, but I am getting the same or less MPG as a V8.

Does it really make a difference? is the pickup at starting line all that is cracked up to be? what about mpg? any improvements? Most of my day is in stop and go. I hear that lower gears will help. Let me know. Thanks.

I just bought the same truck in September. If you get a Chrysler Certified one(Returned Lease) than you get an 8/80.

So it doesnt feel like a cow anymore? Faster pick up? so you dont need first gear anymore?
