If I remember correct that transmission uses different filters for 2 and 4x4. I think the 4 x4 pan is deeper. SO maybe you got 2 wheel drive filter and is sucking air.
Good Luck.

Damage occurs pretty quickly when sucking air.

I do have the 4x4 oil pan. I checked everything again. It looks good I changed both speed sensors, the pressure transducer, solenoid pack, and did a quicknlearn. Its still the same. Any other ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are down to TPS, tran valve body, or PCM.
You can check the TPS and PCM with a full-system diagnostic scanner. A higher end scanner that usually cost over $250.
The only way I am aware of testing the valve body is with a special vacuum tool. You have to remove it from the tranny to test it.
My recommendation is to try and find a scanner, sometimes auto parts stores will have a good one that they will hook up for you, or as a loaner. If TPS and PCM check out on the scanner then you will need to decide if you want to take it to a shop, or, start throwing parts at it.

Sorry to be so pessimistic but your transmission needs to be taken out and rebuilt if it were air getting into the pump you would have sleeping in every year not just third sounds to me like the clutches are burned up I would like to tell you better news but I'm a realist and just being honest with you it's needs to be rebuilt
Oops misspelled if you words I meant to say slipping not sleeping and every gear not every year

1.) It's a two year old thread
2.) Why wouldn't you just fix the typo instead of adding a whole sentence explaining it.

Lol never realized it was that old!!!! Also am not very savvy with talk forums, I am a hell of a trans tech though, 24 yrs straight holding lowest cb rate in the nation as a tech for aamco, was only letting it be known that slipping in 1 gear because of pump sucking air makes no sense and should be self explanatory with a little bit of common Sense

Yeah this forum has a related thread feature enabled, if you're not really paying attention and keep scrolling on a thread, after the last post it'll show a related thread and you won't even realize you've left the original thread. And the related thread can be years old.
