Default 04 Ram 1500 PCM SKIM programming

I have put a new PCM into the truck as we thought the old was dead. Now after further checking with the new PCM it may be that the SKIM and key are what are the issue.

My scanner can program vin, do skim, and do key. I have the 4 digit pin for the truck. Now I want to try removing the skim and seeing if truck will work. Can anybody guide me on what steps to unplug, clear the codes in order so I can reset pcm without skim
Thanks

Looking at the wiring diagram, it appears the SKIM just communicates on the PCI bus..... so, theoretically, if you can disable it in the programming with your scanner, that *should* take care of it...... The module itself is on the right side of the steering column, with a six pin connector, only four of which, are used.

Need a new or remanned/cleared PCM. Once a PCM receives a SKIM signal, there is NOTHING you can do to change that unless you run a PCM reman shop. Even if you remove SKIM from the bus the PCM will still look for the signal when powered up.

So I have found this. Checked crank sensor and to sensors 5v wire and all I am getting is a ground signal. Checked at pcm and it's ground too.

If I connect connector 3 pin 3 of pcm to ground which activates ASD relay then I am getting 5v at pcm??????
