Starter problems

So my dodge starts sometimes but them dosnot start but had the starter checked and battery checked both good so what can it be

What happens when it doesn't start? Do you hear a click or thunk? Anything at all? Does the motor turn over, and just not fire??

Intermittent no starts can be difficult to diagnose.
If you could include a year, model and engine size that would help us help you.

sometimes it starts right up but them won't start again or sometimes it clickes buy I replaced the starter and starter relay

Was the battery load tested or did someone just measure the voltage of the battery static?
