Angry wiper arm linkage

I have a 2003 Ram 1500 Quad cab and had to replace my wiper motor that was a new design so then had to replace my transmission, well the OE wiper arms don't it on the new transmission as they are too shallow so they will not clip onto the new one. Any idea on what part number arm will work on these new design transmission or should I just hold it down tight and tack weld it to the dang thing LOL. Any help would be appreciated.

My 07 wiper arm mounts have machine keys, does yours? If so, see if a slightly smaller key might guide it on.

yeah mine has them as well and I have it lined up, the issue is the wiper isn't deep enough to sit all the way down, I am thinking it because I used an aftermarket Dorman linkage and the "*****" are taller then the OE one. I am trying now to find new arms that will fit over it and lock down but so far no luck. I knew I should have stayed away from aftermarket.

Don't you love how stuff creeps into these projects? Does Dorman have arms to go with their linkage?
