Default 2004 ram 3500 loses all power. Disconnect, reconnect batteries and works fine

Losing all power! Disconnect reconnect battery and it runs fine for a few days, then happens again. At first it happened when driving 2 times. Most recently it was fine when I got home and dead in the morning but had no problem after reconnecting batteries.

My first recommendation is to check your grounds. Check the cables for flexibility and check that the grounding points are clean and ends are bolted down tight.
I've seen many computers changed when problem was actually rusty grounds or brittle cables.
Check wiring running from alternator to battery. Clean the battery terminals.
If grounds are good then I'd recommend getting full-systems scan tool.
