Hopefully someone can help me with this, Where is the ac condenser cooling fan relay located on a 2008 Ram 1500? The fuse box is under the hood, but there isn't any relays in the box.
The air conditioner isn't blowing cool when I would stop at a red light or idle and the engine will surge, when I looked under the hood I notice the electric fan isn't working. I figure this needs to be addressed even if it isn't related to the surging engine issue.

I believe the relay in your model is not accessible or serviceable. Given your symptoms, almost certainly the a/c fan motor. This is the smaller radiator and fan on the driver's side of the engine. It's cool when moving because air is flowing, at a stop you're getting no flow because the motor is bad.
Try turning your a/c off and start the truck. Turn the a/c on with engine running. Do you see the a/c fan kick on? Probably not.
If this is your problem, you can buy just the motor for around $40 and replace it yourself.
