i need my lifters changed what’s some good lifters and what else do i need

A little more info is needed, as their are several engine choices across the 3rd gen production time.

You'll need 16 lifters (AKA lash adjusters)... I used Sealed Power, part # HT-2271
You'll want to replace the valve stem seals while you're in there. I used Felpro brand.
You'll need a rocker arm remover and valve spring installer tools. I used a combo tool. You can find them on Amazon
You'll need a valve holder to keep the valves up...which is basically a hose that threads into the spark plug hole and hooks up to an air compressor (some people use rope)
You'll need new valve cover seals
You'll need tools to rotate the engine by hand.

A few Tips:
Know that when a piston is at TDC, it supports the valves so they won't fall in.
Know that a dab of heavy grease on fingertips is the best way to install valve keepers
I used rubber tow straps to hold my wrench in place when compressing valve springs
