Default Can i drive with the IOD fuse off?

I finally got back on the fire department *Blows party favor* and this time I have a battery drain that I have to pull the IOD fuse to solve (Canbus keeps the dashboard awake, the dashboard drains battery, not the dashboards fault its the canbus pulsing) and I want to know if I can drive with the IOD fuse off in order to cut down my response time as it takes me like 30 seconds to open the hood and push the fuse then close the hood and get in.

True... But at the same time we all know how these trucks like to scream at anything being slightly different.

Your radio won't remember any stations, and the clock won't be right either... but, aside from that, I don't think it will cause any harm. I would actually be surprised if some part of the truck DIDN'T whine about it though.

I pull it anyways when parked because of canbus not going to sleep and pulsing the dashboard 24/7 but the dashboard gets power when i turn the key so you're probally right it wont be an issue. Interestingly my radio I have in now DOES remember the station it's set to despite me pulling the fuse. Infact it sometimes even remembers that I had it selected.
