Default Weak HVAC

I'm not getting very much power from my vents, I can feel it blowing out to about the steering wheel. I am suspecting either a stuck vent door or bad actuator-- what one should I be looking at?

See if the air is coming out someplace it shouldn't be.

Look up Dodge Ram 1500 Blend Door Actuator and see if you have same problem.

It doesn't seem to be. Not coming from under the dash or through the defrost when in vent mode. It does shift levels, but takes longer than I would expect to go from vent to defrost.
