Default No bus

Back again still not resolved. Can anyone explain why I have a no bus ONLY when i try to load a tune with my super hips tuner? From what I've read all over the internet no bus comes with no start no crank no run etc etc I cannot figure it out. I checked my main harness connector c219 and there are 3 wires that dont plug into anything on the body harness connector. Pin 9 orange/ dark blue goes to the drivers door. Pin 47 dark green/ yellow I do dont know where it goes but its labeled manual transfer case except NGC I dont know if thay applies to me since i do have NGC. And then theres a pink/ yellow wire wire which if I remember correctly it goes to one of the power outlets. I changed the dash harness with what I was told was the same truck and what not and eith everything else that works fine I assumed it's the pcm but I cant figure out. I can still hook up my obd2 scanner and read all the information as I could before. So is it the pcm? Fcm? I cant get it into the shop til later this month for a reflash which I was just guessing might either eliminate the problem or narrow it down more. Superchips tuner is what I have. They said they looked at the files and they said it's my truck that is the problem but when i look at the log files it says it faiels to connect to the abs module tcm module and all ecu which I have unplugged different modules and tried everything I've come across. I have 4.99 volts for my 5 volt reference at the sensors. I looked at my front control module and it does look a bit discolored from I do not know what but it doesnt get warm when I plugged it all back up. I have done everything i have read up on and been told and still nothing. I'm really starting to think that superchips just doesnt wanna help out cuz I havent gotten an email back from them at all. This is frustrating. I have a 350 dollar tuner that I cannot use and I cannot return it. Ive posted several times but no one seems to have an actual answer or there is just no one answering.

It works fine with the stock tune, but, you get No Bus with on of the super chips tunes?

The only thing it does is basically act as a scan tool. It powers on I go through the key shifts and it goes to the 1 of 2 files loading and it slowly creeps up to about 30% give or take and then shoots up to 100% in like 3 seconds. Right at the end of that it says no bus on the dash. Then it says to cycle key to off so I do and it says Dtc's cleared then comes up with reading from ecu failed. Then I have to unplug it to get the tuner to get out of that screen. I think it's some sort of fail safe mode. In the log files it says can at the top "cannot run in fs mode" idk I could be wrong it's just a guess. Is it possible it's in like a limp mode but with the performance 93 still on so it seems to drive normal? Idk it kinda makes sense and I say that because from my understanding the tuner pulls the files off the pcm and replaces them with the tune from the tuner. So it doesnt have anything "stock" to revert back to. Is that possible? Ever since then it doesnt seem to like to shift correctly at times.

According to theory, the tuner will store whatever tune it finds in the PCM the first time you program it. I would guess there is some info in there, telling it which tune is currently installed.

If uploading the tune fails, and causes other issues, it might be a bad tune, or, the tuner itself may have issues. Might wanna call tech support for whomever made your tuner.

That's the thing it doesnt cause any noticeable issues that stick out. I have called superchips and they say they read the files and that my truck isn't communicating with the tuner but I can view all the parameters and battery meter and I can read DTCs just not anything when it comes to the tuning. I've updated it many times and nada. I'm in the dark and I'm alone and scared.

Does your tuner off an option for "return to stock"?

only for the tire size. But when I put it back to stock it doesnt change anything to where I notice. But its always back to 0 when the tuner gets unplugged. Like it doesnt show any tune levels or stock tunes for the main ones it should have. I was going thru my laptop and I found some files that I opened with notepad and scrolled through what wasnt encoded or whatever and I seen some words that made it seem like it was supposed to be from the tuner. Some were MTP Edge powerteq others were the update .apps it just seems like my stock files arent on the tuner cuz I see a folder that says stock and they're encrypted. But theyre also in one of the tuner files when I plug it into my laptop. It's an older laptop and prolly not the smartest to plug it in cuz it seems like theres a virus and idk that much about computers if a virus could mess that stuff up but then again I have used my friends laptop too to update and it seems to load files whenever I plug it in. Sorry I know that's alot but just trying to list everything

That's the thing, superchips claims to have read the files and that theres nothing wrong with the tuner. They say it's my truck.

Set the tuner/truck back to stock to unlock it, then try it on another truck..... See what happens.
