2002 ram 1500 5.9l v8. Randomly stalled out the other day while driving. Replaced fuel pump, cranked up but had theft light on during the whole drive. Truck would not start the next day and locked into theft mode until I reset theft mode. Will drive fine for the first start up after reset of the theft system but then will go back into it. I have checked fuses and relays and tried my spare key as maybe the old one needed reprogramming. No change In my problem what so ever. I'm think the pcm has gone out, but I am no mechanic so I would like some help.

 

Do you have black keys or gray keys?

 

Have figured it out, Skim unit has internal failure and must be fixed by dealer. $200 live scan bill to find this out.
