Have a 2003 quad cab 6.6 ft bed and was wondering if a topper that is 72w x 84l would fit on the bed?

 

Maybe, wander out to your truck with a tape measure. See what ya think.

 

My bed measures 80” in length but I’m not sure how the guy with the top got the measurements. He’s only wanting $100 for it but it’s about a 45 minute drive just to actually see if it fits or not. That’s why I asked to see if anyone has used one with those measurements.

 

Any input you get is going to be a guess because we are not sure how the camper was measured. Make and model of the camper would be helpful info.
I buy trucks and parts from local marketing sites all the time, and frequently use facetime/zoom/skype to get a closer look.
Ultimately I think you're going to have to lower the camper on your truck to see if it fits.

 

It will probably be close. Older beds are more square though and newer ones are more swoopy and curved slightly. If your truck is a beater, go for it. If it's really nice, while it may fit, it will look a bit odd. A lot depends on hpw you plan to use it.
