Default 4.7 build

so i’m building a 4.7 and i want good quality parts in it better than oem what route should i go with

There isn't better quality than OEM. If you are keeping engine in stock configuration then I'd recommend OEM parts when you can get them.
Are you building to stock, or are you increasing output? Cam, rockers, headers, and tuner are good mods for increasing performance. Are you boring the cylinders?
What is current state of the engine; is it running in the truck, or do you have it stripped down on an engine stand?

Other than pistons and rods, you're pretty much screwed, especially if you're thinking boost. The only company that ever made a forged crank for the 4.7 is Chrysler. This engine family was largely ignored even when it was in production.
