Try pulling the Front O2 sensor(s) (pre-cat) See if the truck runs any better.

 

Sorry for taking so long on a response, I recently pulled the pre-cat O2 sensor and ran the truck for a few minutes. It didn’t alleviate the misfires so it’s not the cat. I did a compression check on cylinders 1, 2, and 4. All were ok. If it were the cam position sensor wouldn’t I be getting a code for it? Or even if it was the injectors I would think I’d get a lean or rich code.

 

I would try replacing the crank sensor first, but don't go aftermarket. Stick with Mopar.
