Default Need Help With Vacuum Line

I am working on a 2007 Ram 1500 Quad Cab. With a 5.7 engine. The truck is showing P0456 and P0463 codes. It appears the fuel filler hose is not on the filler neck properly….Appears too short.
And on the drivers side their is what appears to be a broken vacuum line going to some type of canister. ( Has a type of fitting on the end that is broken )
Is there a way to repair that fuel hose, without dropping the tank and replacing it ?
Can anyone tell me where that little vacuum line goes to…or what it is called. It’s maybe 3/8” in diameter.
And would either on cause the codes I am getting ? Truck won’t pass inspection.
