Default Radiator issues

It only does this on below freezing weather conditions and the antifreeze was recently change (50/50) due to the water pump being replaced. On good weather days there is no leak. It's froze twice here in Oklahoma and both times when it did I've started it up in the morning I notice a drip of antifreeze after about 5 minutes of warming up. Again only on the two cold days so far this year. Any help would be appreciated greatly, thanks!

Get some channel locks and squeeze the metal tabs. Other than that, replace the radiator. Don't use that seal stuff you add to the coolant, else you'll be replacing a heater core next.
