I'm in the market for a used truck (2008 - 2015 or so), and would like to get one with ventilated seats (used year-round here in LA). So far, I've only seen them on Lariat models with the center console. I would prefer not to have a center console, if possible, as I often cram my truck with 6 people. Does anyone know if ventilated seats were ever offered without a center console?

 

That will be 4th gen and beyond (2009+).

 

There are always aftermarket seats. If the floor pan is close to the same shape, you can take later model seats and swap them in. Lastly, there are ventilated seat cushions you can put in your seat. I've used those in cars without a/c over the years.
