Default 2008 Dodge 1500 5.7 4x4 front spacer

On a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.7 I recently placed a 3'' spacer above the front struts to level the truck. Since I have done this I have noticed that when I turn sharp the front tires seem to be having trouble turning. Best way to describe the feeling of this is if the truck was in 4wd and you make a turn on dry pavement. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening. I noticed that truck sits a little higher than the back now so thinking about going to a 2'' leveling kit to see if this corrects the problem. Im thinking it could be the pitch.

No I do not have pictures of what it looks like when tires are turned at this time. I will try and get some and post them.
