Question 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI, intermittent knocking/tapping

Got an 06 1500 with a hemi motor in September and for a few months now I’ve had this weird knocking or tapping noise from what sounds to be the front of the truck when driving around 20-35mph in 3rd gear (so mostly driving around my neighborhood). I replaced my harmonic balancer yesterday and put a new belt on with it, and this seemed to have fixed it until I got out of work today and drove home and it began making the noise again. There’s a rattling from the front of the truck so I’m assuming with the new balancer and belt fixing the issue for a short amount of time that it’s gonna have to be something with the accessory pulleys. The trucks fan could also probably be replaced, however I find it hard to believe that the fan will make a this noise and I also don’t have any cooling issues. Any ideas?
