I have put 18 rims on truck use to be 17s have 275/70/18 tires but would like to go to LT285/75R18 truck is stock has not been lifted can anyone tell if the LT285/75R18 would fit withour rubbing and without doing a lft kit thinking the new size would fill up the fender well nice, please dont tell me about backspace or some calculator page

Looks like the new tire will be roughly 1" larger diameter, so only 1/2 inch difference when it comes to clearances (radius measurement matters to you). You should be able to turn your wheels left and right, checking for height related clearances. You'll want to keep track of the difference the speedo will show, you'll be going faster than it thinks.
I have 2004 2500, with 275 60 20s on 2014 Ram wheels - they end up being about 33" tall. I could go 35s w/o issues, there is plenty of room.

Those are later model rims and 18s (I have 20s that are likely wider), I've noticed that the later model ones tend to be set inward more. Your best bet is to get in there with the wheels cranked and see how much clearance you have to the frame/suspension in the front. I don't think the width is going to be a problem, you just need to make sure when *you look at it* - that there is enough clearance for more 1/2" more of tire height ( because the radius is what extends further into the body/suspension).
BTW the picture looks like it may have a front end leveling kit on it, from the stance.
