Are you really getting a misfire, or just the code?
Since you were doing some work, make sure you got everything plugged in tight and didn't knock a wire loose on accident.
See if you can get a scanner that will tell you which cylinder is misfiring. Check the spark plug for the misfiring cylinder, you can usually tell the cause of the misfire by the condition of the spark plug.
