Dead in the water
Hello again all! Sorry for letting this post go stagnant. I have however "fixed" the issue and the truck made a 400 mile round trip without as much as a misfire, opposed to before where on a good day it would make it 2 miles before going into limp mode.
My final attempt at a fix after getting a Bluetooth ODBII reader (as recommended) was to unplug the EGR, and poof. Problem gone. Now all i have is two DTC codes for the EGR. Now comes the decision to either replace it with an OEM or delete it. Thanks for the input everyone!
