what is the best engine programmer for the hemi. and also what are the best gears to run. mine is equipped with 3.55 and im wondering if i should go with a higher gear. i dont do any traveling just running aroud town smoking civics and other foreign pos's. what would give me best low end. just getting into the V8 realm. never had one before. any info that i could get would help alot.

 

Superchips is the only one I know of that programs the 5.7 and those that have it seem happy with it. I would try it on your stock gears first and go from there.

Hypertech makes one also for the Hemi, but the Superchips is the most popular.

 

SuperChips>Hypertech>Jet(chip) That's it. I heard that Preadator is making one, but I haven't seen it. As far as gears...since your upgrading...you might as well get the 4.56's. I'm saving up for mine. Everyone that races, seems to love them. Shoot! Who wants good gas mileage anyway?!?!
