Default 07 Ram 1500 2wd 4.7L need help desciffering vacuum readings

Ok 07 Ram 1500 2wd 4.7L quad cab with about 175,000 miles it runs strong. I bought it used it has a couple leaks like valve covers and oil pan not bad just slight leak anyways sometimes it feels like it might be a little sluggish not sure really cause it gets after it pretty good. So I put a vacuum gauge on it and it’s pretty steady at 19 (I’m about 1600 feet above sea level) but when I rev it up to 2500 rpm’s and let go of the gas real quick it jumps to almost 24 and then drops slowly back to 19 it takes it about 1 minute to go back to 19 is this telling me there’s a clogged pcv or maybe a clogged exhaust or is it good and I’m tripping. The reason I ask is I was told when revved to 2500 real quick that it should go to almost 0 then when let go of gas the vacuum should jump a little higher than from where it started then drop back to starting point which is 19. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance and sorry so long
