Default 05 Chrysler 300c injectors on 04 ram 1500 5.7 will they just drop in?

So I put 05 Chrysler 300c injectors on my 04 ram 1500 5.7 and when I barely touch the gas pedal it will cruise but when I stomp on it, it spudders for a little then it takes off. Would it be the injectors are bad or are they too big? please help I’m about to burn this old girl.

Check part numbers for the two different vehicles.... There are arguments to be made for both options. (same injectors, or not....) If the numbers are the same.... then they should be direct replacements.

If there is a size difference, there is also likely a flow rate difference... and yes, you would need a tune.

Might be cheaper just to buy new replacement injectors for YOUR engine.
