Default Keep throwing code p0430

2008 ram 4.7 keeps throwing code p0430. Switched out plugs coil packs injectors. Checked exhaust leaks and none. Truck has been taken care of but it does have 280k. It doesn’t climb hills we’ll lose about 10mph going uphill and just doesn’t have the power it once did going over 60 takes a lot of pedal let alone the poor gas Milagros. Wondering if my 02 are no good or clogged cat I don’t know where else to turn but here and get your expert advice thanks

Have your cats been serviced previously that you know of? Sensors are definitely a cheaper route to start but with those miles plugged cats definitely a possibility. Should be one for each side of the truck, could start with replacing the one its telling you, but if it does fix the issue the other one wouldn't be a bad idea to replace also

Truck using any oil or coolant?

I'd rec get a code reader that can display live data, or at least a reader that can tell you which cat is bad.
Start with the engine and ensure the air filter and throttle body are clean.
Analyze all spark plugs for condition.
While plugs are out do a compression check.
If all good, smoke test your exhaust.
If all these check out, then likely your cat(s) or O2.
Try removing upstream O2 sensor and see if you get any more power going over 60.
Hopefully your engine is healthy, then you can make decision on replacing cats or not. Like dodgetruck said, many replace O2 sensors first.
When I got my 0430, I went through all of the cleaning steps/products with no results. You'll probably try them also.

After replacing the Cats and O2s on my 2007 a few years ago, that damn code appeared 3 months later but antifoulers on the rear O2s cured it.
