Default new misfire

2002 Dodge 1500 SLT 4.7L 2wd auto 215K miles clean engine compart looks untouched

old truck i bought a couple months ago, was remarking she was running smooth a week ago
and then suddenly developed a tremor, shaking a little bit, sluggish a bit too.
so a couple searches has me thinking it a coil or an injector.
problem came on suddenly stayed persistently.
i drive less recently not started in a week.
does this factor in? injectors get rusty after a week?

so the free diag at autozone is low detail reports misfire on 3 CYLs: two four and eight
now i wish i had done that before i think only one has recently failed,
i need to distinguish and isolate that one.
i suppose at least one bank of plugs injectors and coils is due to keep betsy dependable

are cheapo ebay injectors any good? probably a dumb question. blue ones sold as Bosch brand.

other problems i been trying to ignore:
unexpected hard downshift on deceleration
some engine speed control causes noticeable rise and fall of the engine speed at idle and while driving.intermitent.

oil pan is splitting apart from deep rust so after painting it with a couple coats i ordered a pan gasket set,
however, the metal rubber gasketpan was bent.
I complained and they sent another bent gasketpan.
i again complained they sent yet another bent gasketpan, however i will say the bend is more mild and easily
seems to straighten by hand but you still see waves in its metal shape.
i suppose tightening the pan bolts will straighten the the thing as it is really evenly crushed upon.

MOD can you change an error on my previous post?

Pull the spark plugs on the misfiring cylinders and see what they tell you.
