So I gots a 02 ram with the 5.9 gas, went for ride with wife the other night and had my ac on, I was nice and shivering but her vents (passenger side of course) were blowing out Luke warm air.

also noticed the ac would go warmer when at idle, I had to be driving for cold air to come through….she’s fully charged, had on machine last week

I was thinking blend door but it’s not dual climate control. I haven’t dug into it yet just figured I’d ask first

 

Remove your glove box, and find the broken recirculation door. It’s letting warm air drown out all the air conditioning that your wife would otherwise receive.
