Replaced O2 sensor and PCM-still not fixed
Scan said my L1B1/heating element O2 sensor was bad, replaced it, actually replaced both "upstream" O2 sensors. My truck has a total of "4" O2 sensors. Rescanned, same code to replace O2 senor (LIBI/heating element) came back on. Then replaced my PCM as I was advised. Code came back again. Does any one have any idea what my problem could be. Thanks in advance.
Okay, good idea, I will have my mechanic do that tomorrow when I see him.
This all started last year after we pulled our RV last summer, the truck really struggled like never before, but we got to our destination. After detaching the RV, I started the truck the next morning, the rpm's shot up for a few seconds, the idle became rough and then the check engine came on, with the O2 senor scanner code, I have battling this ever since. I just hope its not the cat converter.
Thanks for your reply
