Default All shift indicators illuminated, no start, HELP

I have an 06 4.7 1500 68k, all my shift indicator light are illuminated, It will not start unless i turn the key over before the indicator shows up on the dash, Also, once when putting it into drive it went directly into 4th gear and threw the code p0841. I turned the truck off restarted it and it ran fine. The shift indicator problem happens about 75% of the time, sometimes it works perfectly. Usually once i put it it drive the indicator selects drive and all is good, sometimes going into reverse it will not go into reverse. I have tried all the suggestions that I have found in the innerwebs, cleaning all my grounds, cleaning the 23 connector pin on the trans, I bonded all the grounds of my fenders together and back to the battery with no change. I am not getting any codes other the one that one time. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Think I would be looking at the transmission range sensor, and associated wiring.

Mine doesn't have the external range sensor, everything internal.

Apparently on that trans, the range sensor is part of the solenoid pack...... not necessarily replaceable easily on its own.
