Default 02 ram electrical problems

I have an 02 automatic 5.9 magnum with 194k. I noticed a few days ago that my radio started cutting in and out so I figured it was a bad radio wire. About a day later I was driving with no issue once I parked I noticed a solid red light on the dash (assuming it is the security light) along with that came no power locks (unless the truck is running), radio stopped working, no interior dome lights (upper cig lighter works, lower one hasn't since i owned it, center console cig lighter works) went to plug in my scanner and my OBD2 port is dead as well. Checked every fuse in the block and they are good, pulled the fuse block up to look for bad wires and couldn't spot anything. I do have an autopage rs-603a system when the truck has power and I hit L/UL I hear the system "click" but it doesn't move the locks. Remote start still works. Today when I left for work I got "lamp out" on the dash and my left light flickered but came on. When I left work "lamp out" stayed on. Everything I have read says my truck should not start but it still does. I would assume my key is fine since it starts, ecu should be fine since it starts, no popped fuses so that brings me to a bad wire unless someone else can point me in a better direction.

I have same issue. Same truck….I replaced FCM and it took care of my lamp out (I had no low beams) still everything’s dead with key off, ram remote wire to head unit, no odb2 port working so I replaced fuse box, same issue, then I said screw it and didn’t mess with it cuz I have no cel and it gets me from a to b…..I have a parts truck same year and everything that I’m going to swap pcm with and see if my odb port works

@95RAM360 anything else you have noticed not working? I did notice another odd thing after I made my post. If I cycle the key to get any codes to display on the odometer it just says done, implying there are no codes but if I bump the key to the on position and let it sit cel flashes 12 times. I am giving my self a week to get the truck back in top working order otherwise I will change out the leaf springs and spend the $0.99 on a for sale sign

Yea when I have key off, I cannot turn on lights, cannot turn on dome lights, can’t lock or unlock…basically only thing that works is the charger port at bottom kick panal under ash tray….turn key to acc, and everything works.

Large connectors on the underside of the fuse box are usually corroding causing those kinds of issues, typical rust belt crap... I've been using a product called rust911, basically a concentrate (16:1) that you can soak corroded parts in. Its affordable and I've been cleaning a bunch of misc bolts and small parts. I haven't tried to drop an oxidized connector in there yet, but I'm pretty sure I read that others did with good results.

so my 2002 dodge ram 1500 with the 5.9l magnum has an after market remote start and the issue is that I can't start it by turning the key(when i try to everythi g blacks out and i get nothing), i have to use the remote key fob to start it and then have to put the key in and put it to on so i can shift and see what my dash is displaying. And on top of that it stalls randomly when I'm driving it clicks before it shuts off or it keeps running and everything works normal
